If you have a MacBook Air or Pro that has a key not working, you can now have the Apple keyboard replaced rather than having to purchase a new complete top deck and palm rest. Replacing a keyboard is a major disassemble, clean up, replace and re-assemble job involving over 80 screws (including 52 tiny screws just for the keyboard alone!). All that screwing, cleaning, checking for missing micro screws, reassembly and keyboard testing is a time consuming job for a fairly inexpensive part replacement, but it can be done properly.
The alternative is to replace the entire Aluminum top deck which is the laptop chassis and costs upwards of $300 for part alone, excluding installation.
We carry stock of the MacBook Pro 13 and 15" models keyboards for same day repairs and have access to all other model parts with a 3 day turnaround.
